Cancellation Policy

While it is unfortunate that circumstances arise leading to people missing their appointments, in order to limit any potential stress and upset there is a cancellation policy in place. MOVE l BREATHE physiotherapy operates with regular waiting lists and missed appointments significantly affect the livelihood and viability of the clinic. Should ill health or misfortune affect your ability to attend an appointment, I would be grateful if you would graciously accept the cancellation policy as described below.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice, if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

> First cancellation or non-attendance £20.00
​
> Second late cancellation or non-attendance: 50% of appointment charge > Third and any subsequent late cancellation of non-attendance: 100% appointment charge.

Records retained for adult Physiotherapy assessment and treatment are kept for seven years, while paediatric records are retained until the subject reaches 21 years of age.
